Managing Director
With over 23 years of industry experience, Ross has personally managed, installed, recertified, inspected, trained and sold products in the height safety space.
He is truly passionate and dedicated to height safety management. He is proud of the relationships he has built over the years and enjoys taking time to help and advise others in the industry as well as reach out and engage with them where and when needed.
Ross aims to not only meet, but to exceed his customers expectations by going above and beyond.
When he is not working you are likely to find Ross mountain biking, running his dog and relaxing with his family and friends.
His goal is to create a legacy to be passed down to generations to come.
Erin Howe
Business Development Manager
Having recently joined the team as our Business Development Manager, Erin’s kind and caring nature is a result of being a former nurse.
With her genuine love of people and the skills she acquired in her years of nursing she enjoys the height safety management industry and the opportunities available to help others set themselves and their businesses up for success
When not developing and building the business she enjoys gardening, relaxing with family and friends and you will often find her chatting to her neighbours and other mums.
Jake Howe
Installer/Inspector
Jacob joined the family business in 2020 as an installer and inspector.
With a passion for “tinkering” and fixing things, it was no surprise, driven by his parents’ passion that he would be keen to join the business!
When he is not socialising, mountain biking or rollerblading he is most likely tinkering and fixing something!
